The bed does not take up much space and I need very little room around it to work. The overall space needed is about 2m by 1.2m. Most living rooms are big enough unless you have a coffee table in the middle!
During your initial visit, I will ask you about your medical history and any specific areas you'd like us to focus on. I will ask you to get on to the bed and will use a sheet to cover any areas of your body that aren't being massaged. You can communicate with me throughout the session to let me know if you'd like more or less pressure, or if you're feeling uncomfortable in any way.
That depends on the type of massage that you are having. You could wear a dressing gown over your underwear, or comfy clothes that you can remove before getting on to the table.
I only need a couple of minutes to set up, so If you have booked an hour massage, the total time that I will be in your will be around 1 hour and 10 minutes.

No, you will lie on your left side, nestled in to a long pregnancy pillow. I can also do part of the massage (around the neck area) with you sitting back on the bed with the head end of the bed raised up.
This can vary depending on your individual needs and preferences. Some people benefit from weekly massages, while others may only need one every month or two. I can work with you to create a personalized massage plan that meets your specific needs.
I understand that sometimes things do not go according to plan. I do not charge if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours then I reserve the right to charge the full amount.
