Hi I'm Michelle, an active mum of 3 boys from Crowthorne with experience in massage therapy, childminding and teaching.
Mummy Wellness is a new and exciting way to provide inclusive massage therapy to support all women and mummies, whatever stage of their journey.
My massages available for women include sport massage, pregnancy, post natal, remedial, holistic, myofascial cupping and hot stones.
Additionally I offer experiences for you and your baby including baby massage, baby yoga, "massage & play" group sessions.
Feeling comfortable and secure is imperative for you and your baby (or babies).
Babies do not always stick to routines and that is absolutely fine, so if your baby needs cuddles or feeding, please go ahead!
You are welcome to have your baby in the same room as us during your massage.

Massage during and after pregnancy can have many benefits from easing aches and pains, to reducing anxiety and even helping relaxation and preparation for labour.
All my pregnancy and post natal massages can take place in the comfort of your own home.
Pregnancy massages can safely take place during second and third trimester.
Post Natal massage can take place 7 days after natural birth and four to six weeks after C-section.
Mummies spend a lot of time looking after others and often run out of time to look after themselves.
Our bodies become out of sync and strained due to pressures of giving birth and caring for young children. For example breastfeeding, carrying babies and lifting toddlers puts a lot of strain on our bodies and can cause shoulder, back and pelvic issues. Discomfort and pain can disrupt sleep leaving us tired and more prone to feeling run down.
My massages are designed to ease aches and pains associated with being mummy, restoring balance and rejuvenating you.
Spending focused quality time with your baby is crucial for building bonds between you. Baby massage and baby yoga provide you with this special mummy and baby time, away from stresses and distractions.
Many mummies start with baby massage at an early age then progress onto baby yoga. However, the baby massage is not a prerequisite of baby yoga.
An opportunity for you to spend time socialising with friends, other mummies and babies, and at the same time receive a 20-30 minute rejuvenating back, neck and shoulder massage.
These group sessions take place in a home of your choice so that babies are in familiar surroundings.

The bed does not take up much space and I need very little room around it to work. The overall space needed is about 2m by 1.2m. Most living rooms are big enough unless you have a coffee table in the middle!
During your initial visit, I will ask you about your medical history and any specific areas you'd like us to focus on. I will ask you to get on to the bed and will use a sheet to cover any areas of your body that aren't being massaged. You can communicate with me throughout the session to let me know if you'd like more or less pressure, or if you're feeling uncomfortable in any way.
That depends on the type of massage that you are having. You could wear a dressing gown over your underwear, or comfy clothes that you can remove before getting on to the table.
I only need a couple of minutes to set up, so If you have booked an hour massage, the total time that I will be in your will be around 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Nothing!! I bring everything that I need.
No, you will lie on your left side, nestled in to a long pregnancy pillow. I can also do part of the massage (around the neck area) with you sitting back on the bed with the head end of the bed raised up.
This can vary depending on your individual needs and preferences. Some people benefit from weekly massages, while others may only need one every month or two. I can work with you to create a personalized massage plan that meets your specific needs.
I understand that sometimes things do not go according to plan. I do not charge if you cancel with more than 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours then I reserve the right to charge the full amount.
