Massage and Play Groups
A Time To Relax and Play
As busy mummies, our bodies are being put through a lot of strain day in, day out and whilst we are focusing on keeping our children happy and healthy, we often neglect ourselves. Making time for you is essential, yet it can be a struggle finding the time.
"Play and Massage" provides an opportunity for you to spend time socialising with other mummies and babies and also receive a 20-30 minute rejuvenating back, neck and shoulder massage.
How It Works
A small group of mummies (maximum of 6) come together in a home location, with toys or activities that their babies / children are familiar with. The mummies can then take it in turn to have a massage whilst their babies / children are being looked after together.
*There is no upper age limit on this treatment
*There is no requirement for you to remove any clothing
